Return and Refund Policy

Your device(s) are supplied to you with the full benefit of our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction

After the fitting, we will work with you to provide the best possible results. 

To achieve this, Hearology may, at its sole discretion, agree to change your device(s) once only and only within 60 days of the original fitting. 

We will accept any device(s) for a FULL refund for up to 60 days (including weekends and bank holidays) from the date of the original fitting appointment, provided that the device(s) are returned in good working condition, have not been exposed to excessive wear and tear and are returned to us in the original packaging. 

We will pay for and organise return shipping - although you may have to take the devices to a local, courier drop-off point to facilitate this. 

We always process refunds ASAP - but only upon receipt of the undamaged hearing aids and confirmation from your Hearology Audiologist that the hearing aids are in good working order. The refund is always processed via the same channel used for initial payment and, if you have paid by card, it's important to know that the only part of the process that Hearology has control over is the authorisation of the refund request itself - after which, the timing of the refund is completely in the hands of the card payment provider and it can take up to two weeks for the funds to be re-credited to the card/account that you used to make the original payment. In the vast majority of cases, the funds arrive within a timeframe of less than a week - but it can take up to two weeks and once we have requested the refund from a card payment provider, we cannot call it back: at that point, all we can do is to be patient with the card payment provider as they do not provide any transparency into their process and/or timings.
